Sponsorship Update | Q4 2024
We're trying something new!
In an effort to improve our communication with agencies and industry networks we’re trialling a quarterly sponsorship update that will focus on the products and services we’re building at Nativz Gaming. Your feedback would be appreciated 🙏🏼
Hi everyone,
Since my last email to you we’ve made some significant progress building out our esports ecosystem and going live with our new tech solution.
The objective here is to give you a summary of the relevant changes, improvements, metrics, opportunities we’re creating on a quarterly basis. Hopefully this status update and the relevant links we include are useful.
Our business structure has evolved quickly in the past few months so, I thought it would be helpful to summarise this for you in the graphic you can see below 👇🏼
Nativz Gaming’s products and services as of November 2025
🎮 Nativz Esports Club
Phased rollout across the targeted esports titles
Sold our slot in the Northern League of Legends Championship after three years. Resetting with our Academy, drawing local talent from Ireland Collegiate.
Community potential across these titles is significant, we aim to have metrics to share for the next update in Q1 2025, that is unless you need them sooner!
Benefits structure for talent is primarily focused on personal and professional development, in discussion with high profile players to act as mentors.
🙋🏽♂️ Needs: we’re specifically looking for Academy partners, both sponsorship and to support our professional + performance programme for the talent.
⌚️ Next milestone: complete rollout of our Academy Teams by end of Q2 2025 then commence the monthly development programme.
🎓 Ireland Esports Collegiate Series
24/25 Winter Tournament is now in Week 6 of 8, we’ve grown to 137 teams + individual entries (up 36%), 17.7% increase in participation (full article here).
New inventory has been created looking forward to 25/25; dedicated website, own branded esports platform, Alumni Guild and Podcast launched.
25/26 will see the series split into two with a performance series focused on the All-Ireland Esports Collegiate Trophy and a social open series, detail to follow.
🙋🏽♂️ Needs: any observations you have on the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series from a sponsorship perspective, we’ll feed these into our planning for 25/26. Would still like to get two more partners in for this series, either as sponsors or via a media activation.
⌚️ Next milestone: mini-conference for Student Reps at our Winter Finals Weekend (7 Dec), focus is on 25/26 Series changes/improvements. We hope this will put us in a much better position to start sponsorship conversations earlier.
🤝 Current partnerships: Ri-Ra Irish Larger (Beer), Koka (Noodles), GG Machines (Hardware), Staq (Recruitment), Dogpatch Labs (Tech Ecosystem), Play Aid (Mental Health).
🆕 Office Showdown: Ireland’s Esports Company Series
We’re launching Ireland’s Esports Company Series in March 2025, to create an esports competition for gamers within the Ireland’s extensive tech community and beyond. Not only do we want to present an alternative to traditional sport for staff engagement, we also want to give Ireland Collegiate Alumni an outlet for when they enter the workforce.
Starting in March 2025 with the Spring Tournament this new series is for companies across the island of Ireland starts online and finishes in-person.
Each tournament will feature 5 rounds over 10 weeks and culminate in an in-person finals event, we’ll have a live simulcast across Twitch and YouTube.
Targeting an Open Series and a Startup Series in parallel to get things going. Soft launch underway for early signups, keen to talk sponsorship from now
🙋🏽♂️ Needs: we want to build a founding team of sponsorship partners for this product. We’re building the deck but in the meantime please let me know if you want access.
⌚️ Next milestone: working to get 5-6 brands with teams registered then follow with a hard launch in the NY to drive registrations with a good build-up to March.
🤝 Current partnerships: Play Aid (Mental Health)

🙋🏽♂️ Needs: Now the MVP is live we’re planning in the next 2-3 development sprints so it would be great to get some time with you to explore opportunities
⌚️ Next milestone: development sprint planned in over Christmas to complete admin interface and introduce visualised user insights. Build standalone website
