Monthly Update September '22

The overwhelming news from September has to be our promotion into the NLC 1st Division having beaten both Team Singularity and MNM Gaming - two 1st Division teams fighting to avoid relegation. What Head Coach Nicolai 'Demb' Kruuse and the LoL First Team have achieved this year is amazing.

The other standout news was the emergence of the Nativz Collegiate Esports Series thanks to the vision of Sam Molloy. To welcome this community of players, streamers and supporters from across the 35 Universities and Colleges in Ireland will give us a strong platform for growth. Ronan Monaghan and Yannick Gloster now join Management Team and we welcome Gamerstore to our growing family of partners.

🚀 Our LoL Team continued their astonishing form into the Aurora Cup, the new ProAM tournament. They finish the Group Stage undefeated (6-0) and head into the Last 16 as one of the underdogs to watch

🚀 Nativz Valorant have reached the Gamerfest LAN Finals which are on the weekend of 22/23 October at the RDS in Dublin. They've also qualified for the Leagues.gg Beacon Finals - they're on fire 🔥

🚀 Irish castor Ian 'Satorlad' Ferguson joins Katawina in our growing team of Content Creators. Hailing from Co. Wicklow and League of Legends specialist streamer, Satorlad has some cool ideas we can't wait to see!

🚀 We acquired the Irish Collegiate Esports Series! Now known as the Nativz Collegiate Esports Series, registrations for four of the five titles we're running are now closed, the teams are in and the series commences tonight with streaming live from 7pm at twitch.tv/nativzcollegiate 💥

CHALLENGES

🎮 We're now looking forward to 2023 with our LoL Team in the NLC 1st Division, our Valorant Team have settled into life at Nativz and are looking to build, we have ambitions to expand our Content Creator Team and some milestones to achieve in building our Collegiate Esports Series. The topic of conversation is career development in esports - Gamerfest is on 22/23 October at the RDS, find out more info here

📣 Our very own Laura Walsh will be repping us at DCentral Miami (23/24 November), one of the largest Web3 events globally with over 5,000 attendees across the two day conference.
