Monthly Update August '22

Hi Reader,

August was really successful and humbling at the same time with our League of Legends (LoL) First Team achieving a double by winning the Summer Split having already taken the Spring Split.

Our Nativz Valorant First Team backed this up with remarkable success taking second in the first round of the VCT Beacon Circuit 2nd Division Finals. The LoL Talent Team rounded out the successful month with a roaring promotions run securing themselves a place in the 2023 NLC 3rd Division.

Both Kurt Pittman and Sam Molloy attended the Esports Insider Conference in London, the largest of the esports industry conferences in Norther Europe. Loads of learnings and connections made that will benefit us as we build into 2023.

This Wednesday 14 September at 5pm (BST)/6pm (CET) the LoL First Team play Singularity in the Promotion/Relegation Series for a place in the 2023 NLC 1st Division - full details available here.

SUCCESS

🚀 Having won the NLC 2nd Division Summer Split our LoL First Team claimed the first ever NLC double on 18 August. They then commenced their preparations for Wednesday's Promotion/Relegation game against Team Singularity.

🚀 Nativz Valorant performing exceptionally well entering the first finals series of the VRC Beacon 2nd Division and securing an impressive and well deserved second place. Here's an outline of how the Valorant Beacon Series works for those new to it!

🚀 To round out our successful August, our Nativz Talent Team boasted an impressive promotion run with a win over FE Munin to secure a place in next year's NLC 3rd Division. They also put themselves in with a chance for promotion to the 2nd Division via the upcoming Winter Split.

CHALLENGES

🎮 This Wednesday will see us undertake a soft launch of our improved Nativz Key with our partners BigFan. We've added in a number of new benefits and also our Citizen Key to accompany our Founder Key. This is where the relationship between Nativz and BigFan really comes forward as we will be the first campaign to go live and will be driven through BigFan's significantly enhanced network.

NEEDS

👀 We need as much support as possible to amplify our Nativz Key launch. While we want you to have a look at our Nativz Key soft launch is this week, we really need your support to amplify our campaign when we start promoting our Nativz Key to as many people as possible towards the end of September - we'll make sure you're aware in advance of when!

📣 Our proposed industry event with BigFan has been pushed back into October simply due to not wanting to rush it as we continue conversations for a headline speaker. More information to follow on this one in the coming weeks.
